Is your brain asleep?

Creating a healthy new consciousness

There is a level of consciousness readily available to all of us to create the healing and life shifts that we need to transform our lives. We are looking to external things to solve internal problems. A mental health crisis is the result. Neurologically we have created activity in certain parts of our brains, such as the survival, learning and memory centres of our brains hardware. We can see the evidence of this clearly on neuro imaging. One could easily ask the question ‘is your brain asleep?’ when they see these images. If we learn how to consciously activate different parts of our brains and move from the back of our heads to the frontal regions or the downstairs of our brains to the more intelligent “upstairs” regions, we will start to see miracles occur. We see these miracles taking place at our Center for Healing and Life Transformation every day. What we have found through our own research is that we don’t need to treat stress and depression. That can be like kicking a dead horse neurologically speaking. No we activate an entirely different region of the brain and create what the sages have referred to as spiritual awakenings for centuries. A paradigm shift in consciousness is available to everyone, all the time. We no longer need to cope and treat our stress and depression for years on end. Rather we ill transform it.

“Nothing Real Can Be Threatened; Nothing Unreal Exists. Herein lies the peace of God.” A Course in Miracles

Mark speaks of a quote from A Course In Miracles, A return to love, which states that “Nothing Real Can Be Threatened; Nothing Unreal Exists. Herein lies the peace of God.” This peace that they speak of is activated when we do return to love as the book suggests. We return to the real, not the false. It is the false self who is anxious, afraid, angry and depressed. It is not your true self. The true self is the part of you that can never ever be threatened or damaged or broken. Nothing can separate us from this self. Take courage in knowing that. Then , take action in rebuilding the parts of your life that no longer work for you. Herein, as they say, lies this peace of God which surpasses all understanding. Literally. The brain cannot understand it so it becomes blind and afraid. That is how depression happens. It is no accident. These beliefs the brain creates can be seen on a screen today. Once we become aware of the fact that we are “led to believe a lie” then we can awaken to the reality that all is well and that all manner of things shall be well!

We are led to Believe a Lie

When the Soul Slept in Beams of Light – William Blake

Your brain will fall asleep when it is tired. It will not function and operate at a level that is required to maintain a high level of homeostasis. Balance in all things, especially thoughts, is a requirement for someone who wants to do good things with their life. If you balance your thoughts, your emotions will become balanced. Your breathing, blood flow and even the amount of oxygen to your brain will be affected positively. Stress is a killer. It kills balance. When we have no balance you can be guaranteed that your brain will eventually fall into a survival mind mentality. It will take over the task of managing itself for you, because even your brain will notice, probably before you do, that you are not looking after your mental state.

I will no longer treat your depression. It takes too long and wastes your life. Those days are gone. Now instead, I will help you to transform your life.

Our brains are not great managers. We can rely on them to manage us, but don’t expect outstanding results. The brain is part of your nervous system, geared for keeping you alive. Not ecstatic or peaceful. Just alive, which is a low quality of life. If you have been experiencing this low quality kind of life because of stress, disorders or even from traumas in your past, you may need a reset. Not suicide. Not giving up or hopelessness. Just a mental reset, which is entirely possible to manage in a short space of time. So if you answer yes to the question of is your brain asleep?, then you will have a heart and soul as well as a ton of your own energy and potential that is lying dormant. We are all worthy of awakening to the best of life. We all deserve the glory and wonder of feeling peace and energy flowing simultaneously through our veins. All things are possible. Including the journey towards your own enlightenment. Peace be with you today, forever and always.
