If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may unfortunately not use the website, our social media, any of our information, our therapy, our healing centers etc. In addition, when you use any of our current or future services, you will also be subject to our guidelines, terms, indemnities and conditions of  agreements applicable to those services added in addition to these terms of use. If these Terms of Use are inconsistent with the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to those services, these Terms of Use will control those terms, if any. 

1.1 Health Disclaimer: Always consult your doctor before starting any kind of new program. This course, it’s products, website and information are not intended to replace any medical or clinical intervention. It only provides universal information and modern discussions about health, addiction, personal growth, emotions, healing and related subjects. All information and linked materials, are not intended and should not be construed as medical advice, nor is the information a substitute for professional medical expertise or treatment. If you or any other person has a medical concern, you should consult with your health care provider or seek other professional medical treatment. Our programs follow Emotions Anonymous (EA) philosophies only and are not intended to be a replacement for psychotherapy, psychiatric medication, or any kind of professional mental health treatment. Center for Healing and Life Transformation is a fully private holistic and spiritual retreat center that is not required to register with the department of health or any other any professional bodies whatsoever. We provide therapy and holistic healing only related to broad fields of Therapy, Spirituality, Psychology, Theology and the human sciences in general. Many of the consultants and staff we use have various qualifications and registrations of their own which do not form part of our companies direct framework. All parties must inquire to us in writing about their specific needs before using any of our products or services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and to ensure that your personal Information is collected and used properly, lawfully and transparently. The Privacy Policy is applicable to all clients and third parties such as families, counsellors and consultants. Our center have a Multi-disciplinary team who work together and share personal information on behalf of our clients which has been agreed to in this document.  

The Center for Healing and Life Transformation will use your Personal Information only for the purposes for which it was collected and agreed. We store relevant information for a period of five years general. The Center may disclose Personal Information to our clients and close family based on the purpose for which they have obtained our therapeutic and wellness services. You hereby consent to Center for Healing and Life Transformation processing your Personal Information. We make use of this community content as much as possible in the interests of helping people heal and recover. We do not provide any medical advice, diagnosis, medical treatment, rehabilitation, hospitalisation, or any detox services whatsoever. If you have a health problem, medical emergency please see a doctor or attend a hospital. We are not an alternative or substitute for any medical services, institutions or doctors. 

1.8 REFUNDS ONLINE STORE As all of our products are digital products, courses and services that are intangible.  We follow a blanket no return and no refund policy for all products. This enables prices to be kept consistently low worldwide and for more people to be helped by the organisation, staff and volunteers without additional and unnecessary risk, time-constraints and costs and is standard practice worldwide with these types of products. We offer no shipping for any products as they are delivered online. CENTER STAYS & RETREATS In the event of the client leaving our centre programs, absconding, or in extreme cases, being expelled, all programme and related fees will be forfeited. All payments are in advance and are non-refundable. This is also clearly stated on all invoices in bold and agreed to before any payments are made. Please note that we do not endorse a quick-fix approach to recovery and healing. Families and clients are required to be able to commit financially with regards to the completion of treatment. Considering the above, it is highly suggested that both residents and families commit for a minimum period of 3 months. All clients need to understand that the fees payable in advance, are non-refundable, and that should the patient leave for any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to expulsion) prior to the program being completed, no monies are liable to be refunded. The Center reserves the right to claim recovery of any amount still outstanding, notwithstanding the early termination thereof.
