Mother Teresa’s Healing Affirmations

Mother Teresa's Healing Affirmations

A tribute to a master teacher of our time. Mother Teresa, helped people from all backgrounds without question. We can learn a lot from her beautiful, challenging and yet comforting words of wisdom hashtag#spiritualawakening hashtag#saints hashtag#teaching hashtag#healing hashtag#affirmations hashtag#mentalhealth

Healing words of wisdom to motivate and inspire you to keep growing and changing. Mother Teresa’s words are known around the world to be full of healing power and spiritual insight. Listen to her words and be inspired to go through life’s suffering and hard times with hope, faith and humility, knowing that everything you go through has a purpose.

Her incredibly beautiful poems are prayers for healing that anyone can use, whether Christian or from any other religion. Muslim, Buddhist, Jewish or non-believers and skeptics. All will benefit from her teachings and healing words.

Mother Teresa believed in unity and helped men, woman and children from all religious and non-religious backgrounds. It did not matter to her. Separation through religion or any other means does not work! We are all one. End of story. Catholic, was her background and Catholic means universal. You may have to read that again! As Christianity becomes universal once more, as we see the error of our ways, of trying to be special and different, we can start seeing people come together – no matter who they are.

Get quiet and close the door as you open your heart. Find some personal space to sit and reflect as often as you can. We recommend meditation and mindfulness for at least 20 minutes a day. Your body is your first mind. So, when you remove senses that have been overburdened throughout the day and focus your attention on the present, wonderful things start to happen both physically and emotionally. The practice is like a meditation and gets better over time.  Listen to her poems a couple of times.

It has never been more important to start practising mindfulness techniques as often as you can. To meditate means to sit. When we finally do sit, and stop the hustle and bustle of life, we can really start to connect to ourselves in a deeper way, which can be a magical experience. Once you master the art of slowing down your stream of automatic thinking, and focus, become still and present, doors begin to open to rooms you may never knew existed. We find answers to life’s deepest problems in the stillness, not in the chaos. Subscribe to our channels and keep practising mindfulness and connection through the wisdom offered by great, timeless and spiritual teachers like Mother Teresa.
