Lose your personality and create a new one

Looking for a goal for 2025? – Lose your personality and create a new one!

The mental health and wellness program we created for you to transform your life was initially developed when we encountered people from all over the world, each facing various challenges—whether it was depression, eating disorders, no self esteem, addictions, weight issues, a lack of meaning, or often chronic anxiety that had persisted for the last 20 years. We discovered that they all possessed the innate ability to heal themselves; all they needed was guidance on the right path. It was never even something we expected to find!

To facilitate this healing with our new awareness and lose your personality and create a new one, we created a comprehensive 10-step process to lead them toward healing. We called it the The Paradigm process and it is an intriguing model. What it does is guide us backwards from where we want to be, to where we need to start. In other words we focus on the effects rather than the cause and in this way we become way makers – we actually cause effect!

We started allow the person to heal themselves rather than being another doctor or therapist trying to do it for them. We made the student the master. The program provides the steps, the pointers, and where to focus, acting like a compass. Instead of trying to get a psychologist trained to teach them how to heal anxiety and depression, why not give the customer—the client or the person in need of help—the same tools that we were giving to psychologists?

We have the DSM-5 psychiatric manual and resources ranging from the Bhagavad Gita to the Old and New Testament. We also draw upon CBT, DBT, REBT, and many other methods. However, person-centered therapy stands out as the best; it allows the individual to take the lead. This approach has made all the difference in people’s lives when they heal and transform, as that healing comes from within.

“…it cost me something to be the way I am. But I do not know what. And I don’t know if I can get it back. I don’t even know if I want it.”
― Holly Black, The Cruel Prince

Core Principles:

  • Internal Healing Power: The program emphasizes that individuals possess the innate ability to heal themselves with the right guidance.
  • Backwards Engineering: The “Paradigm Process” focuses on desired outcomes (effects) rather than the root causes, guiding individuals from their desired state back to the necessary starting point.
  • Empowerment: The program empowers individuals by making them the masters of their healing journey, providing them with tools and guidance instead of relying on external “fixes.”

Though we need a mirror—a process or a program—we ultimately have to make changes for ourselves. Time and again, we hear that when we empower people to make changes, we pave the way for their healing. The first pathway involves releasing the need to control. One can explore this concept further through AI, psychological frameworks, or the philosophical teachings of the East. It’s all about letting go and reclaiming one’s power. When individuals recognize the significance of surrendering control, they can uncover one of their most substantial ego defenses.

We introduce people to the top ten personality masks that typically block their progress. This journey leads them back to what we call the “sacred self.” It centers on addressing the need to relinquish control, which often governs other personality traits. When people discover that control is a significant defense mechanism, we present them with the antidote: self-love. You cannot give away what you don’t possess. After experiencing life’s challenges, traumas, anxieties, and losses, many of us wear these masks as shields against hurt. However, at some point, while these defenses may serve us, they can also hinder our progress. So at that point you will probably need to Lose your personality and create a new one.

Psychiatry and psychology teach us that everyone encounters three major clusters that protect the persona. Subconsciously, these defenses create barriers, leading individuals to seek external assistance to uncover what they cannot see. We term these barriers “master insurgents,” rooted in three major attributes: fear, drama, and distrust. Each of these traits carries sub-defenses that can be identified. Through understanding these elements, individuals become self-aware. With self-awareness comes radical acceptance, allowing for new actions to emerge.

People often find it challenging to change. Today, we are witnessing a mental health crisis marked by significant levels of anxiety and depression. Various disorders and feelings of being stuck are on the rise, and many people feel lost and frightened. Traumas manifest in physical pain, obsessions, and compulsions. These feelings may seem real, as Torah would say, “real but not true.” What we must understand is that the truth of who we are can set us free. In discovering our authenticity and moving beyond the masks created by our personality traits, we find healing and peace.

We frequently use the Big Five personality test as a guiding tool, assessing traits like openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness. The main point remains: everyone requires a system of recovery to rediscover their authentic self. When personality, shaped over time, no longer aligns with who we genuinely are, suffering ensues. We experience anxiety, depression, and burnout as we struggle to lift away the masks that inhibit our energy flow.

The chakra system teaches us that being stuck in survival mode—a state associated with the root chakra—prevents creativity. To thrive, we need to function from the prefrontal cortex, which constitutes about 40% of the brain. Various therapies, including medication and hypnosis, aim to transition individuals from survival mode to a thriving mindset. By releasing the need for control, we regain our agency and move from feelings of powerlessness to authentic empowerment. It’s love that carries us forward.

The false assumptions, masks, and ego defenses residing in our subconscious must be integrated and dissolved. This journey is ours, and although we recognize the importance of reaching these destinations, understanding the ‘how’ can be challenging. The paradigm process we teach offers ten pathways back to our true selves. As Call Yong articulated, life comprises two halves. The first half involves building a container and wearing masks to explore the world; the second half encompasses a spiritual awakening or transformation.

Often, a Dark Night of the Soul—a profound experience of either great love or great suffering—pushes us from the first to the second half of life. The structured existence of the first half fades away, revealing chaos, which mirrors the current essence of our mental health crisis. Nevertheless, we should remember that from chaos, there can be recovery, resurgence, and resurrection. If we all strive for wellness, we can share that positivity with those suffering from despair or hopelessness.

You have to break the habit of being yourself and reinvent a new self; lose your mind and create a new one; prune synaptic connections and nurture new ones; unmemorize past emotions and recondition the body to a new mind and emotions; and let go of the past and create a new future. Dr. Joe Dispenza

It may feel real, but it isn’t true; there’s always a path forward. Transitioning from one life stage to another is possible for everyone. The key is to step out of our comfort zones—the familiar people, places, conversations, and situations that have shaped our identities—and venture into the new. Indeed, everything must change, and this transformative journey is invaluable. Research indicates that one can experience a complete life transformation within six to eight weeks, and sustaining this growth requires continual practice.

Despite the misconception that medication is the only means to cope with anxiety, our exploration reveals a more profound solution. The transformation lies within us, waiting to be discovered. We are immensely capable of creating the futures we desire and living significant, purposeful lives filled with meaning. It is not uncommon to find that the individuals most driven for change are those who have grown weary of being stuck in negative cycles.

By halting these relentless programs and patterns of defense that keep us anchored in anxiety or depression, we can realize that the power of change resides within us. This journey of healing is not merely about external remedies; it demands we look inward. Once we discover this internal reservoir of strength, it naturally spills over into every facet of our lives. Everyone possesses the potential for change; they just need the appropriate tools to unlock that possibility. It is how we actually Lose your personality and create a new one – and it only takes 6-8 weeks to get the job done according to a ton of psychological research.

Key Components:

  • Addressing Defense Mechanisms:
    • Identifying and releasing the need for control.
    • Recognizing and overcoming “personality masks” that hinder growth (e.g., the need to be perfect, the victim role).
    • Conquering “master insurgents” (fear, drama, distrust) that create subconscious barriers.
  • Self-Awareness and Acceptance:
    • Utilizing tools like the Big Five personality test to gain deeper self-understanding.
    • Embracing radical acceptance of oneself, flaws and all.
  • Shifting from Survival to Thriving:
    • Moving beyond survival mode (root chakra) to a thriving mindset (prefrontal cortex).
    • Utilizing various therapies (hypnosis, meditation) to facilitate this shift.
  • The “Two Halves” of Life:
    • Recognizing the transition from the first half of life (building a container, wearing masks) to the second half (spiritual awakening, transformation).
    • Acknowledging that the “Dark Night of the Soul” can be a catalyst for this transformation.

In summary, we understand the need for healing—we just need guidance on the “how.” As Nietzsche articulated, “He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.” We impart that “how,” showing that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary things. No one can heal their addictions, defenses, or fears better than you can.

The program fosters self-healing through the “Paradigm Process,” guiding individuals to recognize their innate healing abilities. By addressing control, defense mechanisms, and personality masks, it empowers participants to reclaim agency and transform their lives. Emphasizing self-love and awareness, the program aims to facilitate profound personal change and spiritual awakening.

The journey begins by letting go of control and fostering deep self-love, which we can then share in our work and relationships, witnessing them thrive through this transformation. Indeed, there are nine additional steps in this process to help us step beyond who we believed we were, guiding us into our best lives. Healing your life is entirely possible. Come and heal with us! Lose your personality and create a new one. Namaste.
