Navigating your way through difficult times

In life, it’s not a question of whether we will face trials and tribulations, but rather when they will come. When we does we can feel metaphorically Lost in the Forrest of fear. Each of us will encounter moments where the paths ahead diverge, and we find ourselves feeling lost amidst the challenges of depression, anxiety, stress, and burnout. It’s during these times of feeling lost that we are beckoned to be found. Just like being in a deep, dark forest, the sensation of depression can leave us uncertain of which direction to take. The unknown can be terrifying, yet as we pause and take in our surroundings—the trees, the birds, the flowers, and the babbling brook—we come to the realization that we are not truly lost. We need to see this with contemplative eyes as we become unblinded by the distractions, diversions and dis-orders we face daily.

Do we ever truly know where life will take us or what tomorrow holds? The reality often deviates from our expectations. When we find ourselves lost in the forest of life, it is in the stillness and contemplation of the present moment that we rediscover our path back home. Every one of us will experience a crisis that leads to a profound revelation, a transition from being lost to being found. In moments of deep despair, when our minds are overwhelmed with depression, anxiety, and even suicidal thoughts, it is the mind that struggles to maintain the illusion. Eventually, an inner knowing urges us to relinquish the burdens we carry and abandon the illusions that weigh us down.

It is our attitude toward events, not events themselves, which we can control. Nothing is by its own nature calamitous-even death is terrible only if we fear it – Epictetus

Lost in the Forrest of FEAR

Confronting the fearful aspects of our personalities is essential in this journey and the way out of being Lost in the Forrest of fear. It is within the deep, dark forest, when we can sit in stillness and reflect on life as it is, that we awaken to our true selves. This journey is not one to doubt; it leads each of us towards an ever-deepening reality and a higher consciousness. By shedding the masks we wear and embracing our authentic selves, we tap into a power previously unimaginable. As we come to realize our authenticity, we discover an unparalleled strength that guides us from being lost to being found, from being blind to truly seeing. This journey is leading us towards a profound and expansive reality that cannot be limited by fear, but can only be embraced by our genuine and unguarded selves.

Parting Shot in the dark

In a world abounding with uncertainties and unknowns, it may seem daunting to find solace and reassurance. However, it is imperative to remember that amidst the complexities, everything will eventually fall into place. Regardless of one’s beliefs or spiritual inclinations, the concept of universal truth holds steadfast – reality remains immutable, unwavering in its essence. Embracing this truth allows for liberation and the unraveling of life’s enigmas. Moreover, at the core of this existence lies love; a profound, omnipresent force that transcends all.

Acknowledging the formidable nature of human resilience while metaphorically Lost in the Forrest of fear can instill a sense of compassion and forgiveness towards oneself and others. Love yourself. Love yourself and never stop loving yourself, because you cannot give away what you don’t have inside. It is within this narrative that the commitment to welcome love and dispel fear becomes paramount to the contemplative path. By consciously choosing to nurture love and discard apprehension, one gradually transcends the constraints of uncertainty and trepidation, emerging resilient and empowered. Hence, it is crucial to perpetuate self-belief and faith in the potency of real, authentic love. Love beyond the energy of fear. Never doubt yourself and never doubt Love.
