There was an overwhelming response to our discussions of how we can start to heal ourselves through doing the work of change through healing meditations, contemplation and other self empowerment tools. Removing your Masks for Mastery is an inside job! This resonated and empowered people who often forget they are able to heal and rescue themselves regardless of circumstance. People are sick and tired of being sick and tired and there is a wonderful shift happening towards healing and wellness. When we start to love ourselves again we start to flow towards creating love for other people, for the world and nature and for God again. There seems to be a common thread among so many people I talk with today that they go full circle in their lives.
3 stages of conscious awakening
They describe how they started out well and how they were connected, had belief and faith and essentially knew they were part of a grand design. Over time, and through hard knocks they disconnected in disbelief. They became depressed and despondent at some point. Then they describe a re-connection, recovery or rebirth of some kind. A spiritual awakening perhaps. This pattern is pointing to a grand new shift in consciousnesses that we are all part of. These 3 stages could be labeled order, disorder and then re-order. Most people forget there is a re-order box, but there is a re-order box and become hopeless for a time. Reorder, revelation and recovery is this third stage of conscious awakening which is a wonderful experience available to everyone. You just need to reconnect and ‘re-cognize’ (re-cognition or to think again) which is what we call the practice of contemplation or finding your Contemplative Intelligence. We will share more about this in the next blog post, so don’t forget to follow us on the blog, YouTube and everywhere else to stay connected.
Removing your Masks for Mastery
Now, let’s talk about Removing your Masks for Mastery and how we can remove those masks and actually find that personal mastery in our lives. One of the very best tools that we have for helping you cultivate and create a new personality are the CQ meditations whether sitting standing walking or lying down, whichever they may be, you’ll learn to develop heart and brain coherence and tune into presence, gratitude, connection, surrender, and certainty. You’ll be able to become conscious enough to get past your analytical, calculating mind and into your contemplative, creative mind. The science rarely confirms what the sages have taught us: insightful contemplative meditation, or getting to zero and finding stasis, actually heals us. In fact, anytime we get past the personality, I find we’re shining light on the true self, and healing really begins.
In today’s busy world, this has resulted in a mental health crisis. When we don’t get to zero and balance ourselves out, we struggle. The meditation revolution we’re creating while healing depression, anxiety, burnout, and stress is an integrative energy-raising work. It raises and changes emotions, which in turn change our brain waves, leading to body-heart-brain coherence. We create changes in hormones, Neurochemistry, and even the Telomere‘s on our DNA strands.
We don’t believe anyone should sit with depression or personality disorders of any kind; you can heal your life. In fact, that’s a very big part of the meaning of life—the day you wake up to overcome what holds you back. It truly is like coming back from the dead, being born again, having a spiritual awakening, or experiencing a spontaneous healing. Whatever you want to call it, it’s entirely possible, and we keep seeing it happen.
Rising beyond fear into mastery
Now it’s your turn. Your healing journey begins when you start to show up for yourself and move beyond fear. Our need for certainty keeps us hooked in fear. We try to create a new reality with our existing personality and wonder why we become disappointed. How many times have you tried to heal your life in the past? You see, we must go beyond the persona and the masks to uncover what lies within.
This is where spiritual awakening comes into play. It doesn’t matter what you call it; the key is to step outside the box of who you’ve become. If you’re avoidant, resentful, stubborn, or judgmental, you must first develop an awareness of these traits. Only then can you bypass the five sensory personality—sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste. Living in a five sensory world keeps us in survival mode; we can’t thrive there.
Shifting from sensory experience to extrasensory experience
Removing your Masks for Mastery starts with setting a deep intention is about becoming extra sensory, utilizing all our senses together in a multisensory process. When we sit down to meditate, you need to know that the person who stands up afterward is going to see reality differently. Our thinking, feeling, perceiving, acting—who we are becoming—will change. For change to happen, we need to raise our consciousness; in other words, we need to think differently. When we do this, our emotions also change, leading to new experiences, one of which is healing.
It’s important to remember that any new state of being comes from a new emotion, a new thought, and new experiences in the body, heart, and mind. When we are stuck in the analytical mind, the neocortex, we can throw in as much knowledge as we like, but very little will change. This is the subconscious, which rehearses what we already know, running a program of our personality.
We usually access only beta waves; however, when we move past the analytical mind—the subconscious mind—we can access delta and theta waves. Many healing experiences have been measured, and gamma waves have been experienced; this is where change truly happens. By practicing your CQ meditations, you get better and better at facilitating change.
Many people may come to this work seeking healing and wholeness, looking to overcome aspects of themselves that have kept them stuck and afraid. If we want to create abundance and heal our relationships, especially the one with ourselves, we need to rewrite old programs. We must move beyond our need for certainty into the uncertain, the unknown, and the mystical because in the unknown, there are no boundaries. I call this the contemplative field.
Nothing changes if nothing changes
Remember, nothing in your life will change until you actually change. This is why we work on changing our personality, which has created our personal reality. Our goal with Removing your Masks for Mastery is to reach a state of inner change. We close our eyes, go within, and take a deep breath. This helps us relax, stepping our brain activity down from self-involved defense mode, moving from beta waves to alpha and theta waves where imagination resides.
Feelings are the language of the body and the subconscious mind. We are going to elevate our emotions, sensing beyond the five sensory world with our eyes closed. We will see our body, space, and time, doing the work to transcend the personality and calculating mind. We will let go of our need for control, neurotic tendencies, perfectionism, victim mentality, and people-pleasing behavior.
This is the Paradigm Process toward self-love, presence, gratitude, connection, resilience, and so much more. Change doesn’t just happen randomly; nothing in God’s world happens by accident. We need to practice, ask, and knock. Many await relationships, wealth, and health and may wait a long time without action. If we want those things to happen now—which is entirely possible—we dig into our gene expression, hormones, and the chemicals in our body, creating something profound.
We combine our body, heart, and mind to become multisensory, activating our dormant talents to affect change. This activation triggers the frontal lobe, the CEO of our brain, where contemplative intelligence resides. The ability to see reality as it is is available to everyone.
You need to move beyond your story and stop feeling the same things that have always kept you bound to stress. If we want something new, we must go beyond the persona. No longer divided against ourselves, we unify, which, of course, means yoga. We change who we think we are, how we feel, and thus, how we view everything—including ourselves.
We want to teach you to broaden your focus, becoming unlimited, taking your attention off everything that is your situation. The people, places, things, conversations, and situations in your life are narrated by your personality. When we focus on our sacred self, we stop the over-analysis, changing our brain waves and allowing our hearts to find a better rhythm.
As we move into alpha states, the personality’s critic, judge, and controller begin to slip away. When the personality becomes powerless, we become powerful, activating our vast potential. When that internal voice quietens, you can start seeing new images and ideas. You shift from survival mode to thriving mode, discovering new pathways for creativity.
Elevated consciousness through elevated emotions
Through meditation, we aim to elevate our emotions, broaden our thoughts, and use both sides of our brains—body, heart, and mind. This coherence is like a powerful band playing in rhythm. We can create change and effect healing because meditation cultivates restorative consciousness.
As we increase our awareness and enhance our listening, we activate healing silence and open the right neural pathways. One of the goals of our meditation is self-realization—freedom from the conditioned mind and the personality that has held us captive.
Join us as we disrupt the unconscious flow of thoughts and emotions, focusing on something new, even when you can’t see your way out of challenges, depression, anxiety, or addictions. You cannot create something new while in survival mode.
To clear our minds, we master each moment while finding presence. Let go of the persona that is always pretending, misrepresenting, and trying to appear real. Remember, nerve cells that fire together wire together, and we will wire in different parts of the brain through practice.
This neurobiological journey will take us from the physical, psychological, and emotional realms to the spiritual. How you think and feel creates your state of being. The contemplative field responds to who you’re being.
Let’s believe in a future we cannot yet see. That is counter intuitive right? No, it is counter sensory. It is deeply intuitive. Through meditation, we become extra sensory. Imagine it, hold it in your mind’s eye, and you will create what you need for a good, purposeful life. Our meditation will guide us through various stages, increasing awareness of who we think we are versus who we are without that story.
By shining our light on subconscious thoughts, we will recognize the personality and lessen its critical, judging, and controlling tendencies. Together, we will unplug from old subconscious programs and step into creative, present selves, moving from the certainty of the known into the unknown and mystical.
By accepting all aspects of ourselves—good and bad—we begin our journey from the shadow or false self toward the sacred self, changing our thoughts and energy, creating intention, and being present. As we step away from the stories of our past towards a promising future, we unlock the extraordinary potential within us.
So, that’s it for now wonderful souls. We have learned that an awakening towards self-healing emphasizes the importance of removing personal masks to achieve mastery. Through meditative practices, individuals can reconnect with their true selves, overcoming fear and past traumas. This transformative journey guides people from despair to empowerment, fostering love for oneself and the world while facilitating profound mental and emotional shifts.
