Healing the frightened personality

Healing the frightened personality is crucial for overcoming anxiety, depression, and other hindrances. Transforming one’s personality requires awareness of ingrained patterns, mindfulness, and consistent practice. Utilizing CQ Meditations fosters acceptance and changes subconscious beliefs, allowing individuals to reclaim their true identity and purpose. This healing journey leads to a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Before we get into anything at all about healing the frightened personality, I want you to know that healing is not only possible, but it is necessary. If you have had anxiety, depression, addictions or any physical, psychological or emotional issues that hinder you – go and get them fixed! Get on a plane and come to the Center for Healing or work online. Just don’t stay stuck. If you are reading this you probably have work to do. You have a mission of meaning here on this blue marble that we call home. Why I have taken time to write this is because another person who was leaving the Center said that she wished she’d come 23 years ago! No, that is too long to wait! We need to understand the value of our lives and why we are here. If we did we would explode into bliss and begin to awaken the world; a world deceived into believing we are less than.

Healing the frightened personality

At the core of the Paradigm Process approach lies the belief that one’s personality shapes their personal reality. This personality is formed through our thoughts, actions, perceptions and feelings. Consequently, for an individual to craft a new life and reality, a transformation of the personality is essential. Transitioning from an old self to a new self necessitates awareness of our unconscious patterns—thoughts, behaviors, routines, and emotional responses that have been ingrained over time. Recognizing these hidden programs of our brains is the initial step toward change. The way we wire and fire everyday creates who we will become in the future. There are no accidents or mistakes and our future really is in our hands right now as we are starting to learn how to create something beautiful, awesome and new for ourselves right now. So congratulations on doing the work each and every day.

Throughout the day, I assess my progress and maintain mindfulness. By combining awareness with consistent practice, I embed these new thoughts and behaviors into my nervous system. Merging the emotions of my envisioned future with my intentions helps me condition my body for that new reality. The more I engage in this practice, the more I effectively rewire my brain while simultaneously altering my body’s chemistry and genetic makeup to embody this new personality.

As this new wiring occurs, the brain’s architecture transforms from rigid hardware into adaptable software, fostering an internal dialogue that embraces possibilities—

I can or anything is achievable—instead of limiting beliefs like I can’t or nothing will ever improve. As I rehearse these fresh perspectives and reflect on how I wish to present myself in daily interactions—with my children, in the workplace, within my relationships, or even in my dietary choices—the more these behaviors become second nature. This newly established automatic neurological network cultivates an elevated state of mind. Current research indicates that engaging in these mental simulations can make your brain resemble that of someone who has already lived that experience. This process primes the brain for a new future, steering away from the outdated body-heart-mind circuitry of the past.

From Fear back to Love

Another way we work on creating powerful change for ourselves is through CQ healing Meditations. CQ or contemplative Intelligence (CQ) is simply about remaining conscious in relaxed states. It is about being able to see reality exactly the way it is with acceptance. Without the need to worry, control and then fall ill. Practice a system of healing and growth. It’s through our Contemplative Intelligence Meditations that we can enter the depths of the subconscious and change our minds operating systems. Think of the subconscious as the brain’s operating system. By now accessing this operating system of the brain we started to see people let go of the need for their ego-insurgents like perfectionism, control and anxiety. Healing the frightened personality, which is not who we really are is our life’s work. Because until we misidentify with the personality we don’t know our real identity. This is the story of the snake in the garden and the beginning of the great lie. Never forget who you truly are, and then you will remember why you are here and do what you need to do.
